Playgroup at Our House

Yesterday no one had signed up for playgroup so I volunteered. I didn’t have time to go shopping, so I wanted to make something with stuff I already had in the house. I cut up some fruit and made a coffee cake.

We had 3 other kids over.

One of the moms wasn’t feeling well, so after playgroup I offered to watch her daughter for a little bit so she could go home and rest. Evan and Noah enjoyed playing with Avery. She was really easy and calm compared to the boys. They all ate lunch together at the red table. Avery wanted blue eggs and ham and Evan and Noah wanted red. So, I made 2 separate batches. After they ate lunch they had a popsicle.

Avery stayed until about 1:30. After she left I put Noah down for a nap.

A little while later Grandma and Papa got here. Papa/Lenny has his fraternity reunion this weekend so they came in for that.

For dinner, just Morry, Evan, Noah, and I went to Johnny Carinos.

After dinner we went to HEB to pick up a few things. While Morry put the groceries away I gave Evan and Noah a shower. The boys are in bed now, but Noah is still talking.
