Car Wash

This morning I dropped Evan off at school and then Noah and I went the gym. He cried a little at first, but then was ok. I ran for 30 minutes on the treadmill. I didn’t want to overdo it.

After the gym Noah and I went to Walmart. I needed groceries and some other things, so I wanted to just go to one place where I could get everything. There’s a McDonalds in the Walmart, so I gave Noah chicken nuggets to eat while I shopped. It worked out well. They had some Toy Story shoes on clearance. I was able to find Woody boots in Noah’s size, but not Evan’s. I went ahead and bought them for Noah. I knew Evan would be jealous. I asked if they had other sizes at that store, but that was all they had. They couldn’t tell me about the other Walmarts because they are discontinued items.

After going home, putting away the groceries, and eating lunch we went to pick up Evan.

I needed gas, so while we were there we went through the car wash. My car was super dirty. Evan loved the car wash. Noah was a little scared. While we were waiting for our turn for the car wash, Noah figured out how to open and close his window. I had to really watch him while we were in the car wash to make sure he didn’t hit the button.

At home, Noah took a nap and Evan played in the game room.

For dinner we had hamburgers and potatoes.

I tutored one student and Morry watched the boys. Morry tried calling a few different Walmarts, but they didn’t have Evan’s size (12 or 13) in the boots. I’ll try calling more tomorrow.

Noah is in bed, but Evan is downstairs insisting I put him back to bed. He won’t go back up on his own.
