Evan's Driving + Alaska

 I went to Alaska with Mom / Grandma, Dad / Papa, Aunt Susan, Uncle Jay, Aunt Diane, Maureen, and Doug.  We had a nice time, but several people got covid towards the end of the trip.  

Michael's family came to Juneau and some of us were able to meet them there when our ship was in port.

Today Evan got his driver's license.  We had to drive to Kileen (1hr 15min) to a DPS that had an appointment. 

After we got home, he drove himself to school.

After school, he drove Noah home but they made a stop at HEB.

First Day of School

The boys started school today.  Evan is in 12th grade, and Noah is in 10th.  

Jackson's parents gave them a ride to school this morning.

The boys had a good day.  Evan went bowling.  Yes, during school.  He has an off period, so he and Josh went bowling.  Since he's a senior, he's allowed to leave campus.

Summer 2023

Our summer is just about over.

We had a busy summer with baseball.  We took some trips with the baseball team including Corpus Christi and Omaha.

We had two foster puppies in the house, Panama Jack and Coppertone.  We all fell in love with Coppertone since we had him for a little bit longer.

Evan committed to play baseball at Allegheny College.

Noah got his braces off.

We took a fun family trip to Boston and Bar Harbor.

The summer went by very quickly.

This week we were doing things to get ready for the school year.

The boys (and Chewie) got hair cuts.

Evan took his senior pictures for the yearbook.

Noah got his driving permit

On Monday the boy start school.
