Noah's Half Marathon + NYC Trip for Rachel and Morry

Noah ran the half marathon a week ago.  He did great and got an even better time than last year!  His time was around 1hr 50 minutes.

I had a travel conference in New York last week, so Morry came with me.  We stayed in Midtown Manhattan.

It was a busy few days but a lot of fun.

Oh, and I don't think I wrote about Scott and Fran coming to visit.  They were here right at the end of Christmas break, and we had a really nice time with them.

And we got a freeze with a little bit of ice, so Evan had to scrape the ice off his car for the first time.

Here are a few pictures from the last few weeks.

Since October 29

It's been a while since we (I) have done a blog post.  Here's what's been happening since then.  I"ll see what I can remember.

The boys had fun on Halloween night dressed up as band members from Blink182.

I went on press trips to Nashville and Key West.  Morry joined me in Key West, and we stayed a few extra days.

We went to the Cross Country banquet.

Thanksgiving week was fun.  We enjoyed spending time with Michael's family.

We got a foster dog, Booker, who is very big and very sweet.

We drove to Nashville for a few days during the first part of Christmas break.  On the way there, we stopped in Dallas for Ali Baba, and on the way home, we spent a night in Dallas so we could have Deli News for breakfast.

We celebrated Grandma's birthday at Cypress Grill.

Last night, Morry and I celebrated New Year's Eve with Chad and Suzy.  The boys went to Jackson's house.

This morning, we had lox and bagels brunch at our house.  Grandma, Papa, Aunt Susan, Grandmom, Uncle Marvin, Aunt Sandy, and cousin Evan came.

Here are some pictures.
