Matzoh Balls!

This morning Chewie was up around 7am.  I got up with him and fed the animals so Morry could sleep.

Then, I made the 80+ matzoh balls for Passover for tomorrow and some chocolate matzoh.

Morry went into the office.

Evan got home around 10:30am and then I took Noah to Jude's house at 11:15.  Jude was having his birthday party today and Noah was getting a ride with Jude's family.

When I got back, Evan, Grandmom and I went to meet Morry for lunch.  We sat in a lot of traffic both directions.

We picked up bagels from Rockstar Bagels and ate at the office.

Around 3pm I picked up Noah from Jude's house.

Noah had football practice this afternoon.

For dinner, Morry, Evan, Noah, and Grandmom went to Rudy's.

Now the boys are getting ready for bed.

Still Busy

This morning we were able to sleep in some.

Morry took the kids to Smoothie King and I went for a run.

I took Noah to Cole's birthday party at 12:15.  It was at the bowling alley and Noah seemed to have a good time.

When we got home I made the matzoh balls for dinner.

At 5:00 we walked to Grandma and Papa's for Rosh Hashanah dinner.  Uncle Marvin was there too.  We had a nice dinner.

Morry and the boys are watching the Steelers game now.

Noah Back to School

This morning Noah was feeling better and was able to go to school. We all walked there.

I went for a run this morning and then made a ton of matzo balls for the Passover seder tomorrow.

Morry and I went to Wholy Bagel for lunch and stopped at HEB on the way home.

We walked to pick up the kids from school and Wade came home with us.

Evan, Wade, and Nathan played in the cul-de-sac for most of the afternoon.

Wade was picked up around 5:30.

We ate dinner at Cypress Grill.  Evan ate very well.  Noah didn't eat very much.

In a little bit the boys will get ready for bed.

Day After Surgery

Hello everyone, this is Morry.

Just Evan and I walked to school this morning since Noah is going to be staying home the whole week.  Unfortunately, that meant that Lizzy had to stay home as well.  She really wanted to come along.

When I got home, I did some work.  Noah woke up shortly after I got home.  He came down and started doing his homework.  I asked him if he wanted his medicine but he said no.  A little while later he started to really complain about his throat.  Getting him to take his medicine was very very difficult.  We really should have woken him up last night to take his medicine but since he was sleeping we let him sleep.  Once he did take his medicine, he felt somewhat better and was able to eat jello and rice and drink some Gatorade.  Rachel also went out and bought him a coffee cake from Starbucks.

Grandma came over and brought some matzoh balls that Noah ate as well.

I went into Aaron's for a bit.  On my way home, I stopped at HEB and did some light shopping.  I got more rice and Gatorade and some other things we needed as well.

Rachel walked to get Evan while I stayed home with Noah.

Rachel tutored in the afternoon.

For dinner we had flank steak.  Noah was able to eat a small piece of that.  He had jello after dinner.

We played Clue after dinner and this time Noah won!  I hadn't yet figure out the answer before Noah figured it out.  Everyone cheered for Noah.

The boys are getting ready for bed now.
