Cathing Up on Sleep
Today we went to the gym and then I took the boys to Newflower to get some groceries for the week.
For lunch I made eggs and ham for the boys (their request), but neither ate much.
For dinner we had baked potatoes. I had fish and Morry had buffalo chicken strips.
I tutored 2 students tonight after dinner and didn't get home until around 10pm. Morry took care of the boys and put them to bed. Evan was sleeping, but Noah was still awake when I got home.

Playing at the Park
This morning Noah woke up around 6am crying for a pacifier. I couldn’t find his in his room. I was able to give him another pacifier and he slept a little bit longer.
I took the boys for a 2 mile run in the neighborhood. We came home so that I could make a smoothie and then we went to the park for a little while. Evan and Noah both enjoyed swinging. Evan can do it all by himself now.
We came home for lunch. I made red eggs and ham, which they requested, but they didn’t eat much.
I put Noah down for a nap and he actually slept.
I made meatballs to have ready for dinner tonight.
Gabby came at 3:45pm and I left to tutor 2 students.
I came home around 7pm and we had pasta with the meatballs for dinner.
After dinner we took a few family pictures to include in the invitation for the party. Evan and Noah were very good for the pictures so they got dessert.
We just put the boys to bed. Let’s hope everyone sleeps well tonight.

A Whole Lotta Nothing
This morning, Rachel got up with the boys and took them downstairs. I got to sleep in. It was the first time in a while that had happened and it was nice.
When I got up, we decided to go to the park. We just went over the park near the Wildflower Center. Evan went on the swings for awhile and then Evan and Noah played together. It was really hot out. The boys came over to us to tell us they wanted to go.
For lunch, Rachel made red eggs and ham. The boys both ate pretty well.
We put Noah down for a nap and Rachel took a nap as well. Evan played Wii for a while and I ended up playing with him too. He basically played Wii during the entirety of Noah's nap.
Before Noah got up, Rachel met her friend Melissa for coffee. It had been a while since she had seen Melissa.
I made spaghetti for dinner when Rachel got home. It was a fairly uneventful dinner.
We gave the kids baths and they are now in their rooms.
Until next time...
