Relaxing Morning

This morning I dropped Evan off at school and Noah at Alena’s house. I was really exhausted and just needed to rest, so that’s what I did. The whole morning I just took it easy. Normally I try and get a lot of things done with both boys aren’t here, but today, not the case. I’m glad I relaxed because once I picked them up things got crazy again. I picked up Evan from school and then we went to get Noah. Evan and Noah both threw a fit when it was time to leave Alena’s house.

At least Noah took a nap this afternoon and Evan played in the game room.

Morry came home after work, but just for a little while. He went out with some work friends to Alamo Drafthouse.

For dinner I took Evan and Noah to McDonalds. They were both really good. Evan ended up eating almost 2 whole happy meals. Noah didn’t eat his for some reason so Evan ended up eating Noah’s. When they finished eating we went outside on the playground for a while. Noah was climbing up and down and going on the slide. At one point Noah got upset at the very top and I had to climb through all those levels and tubes to get to him. Once I got up to him he was happy and took the slide down.

I gave the boys a bath tonight and then put them to bed. So far, no problems. They both seem to be sleeping.

Taking it easy

We didn’t do much today. Evan, Noah, and I just stayed at home. It was threatening to rain all day, so we just stayed in the house.

For lunch we sat outside, per Evan’s request. The boys just love being outdoors. Evan didn’t eat much of his lunch. He threw a little fit when it was time to come inside. He was swinging on the glider and tried to push harder and faster thinking I wouldn’t be able to get him off. Of course I stopped it and he wasn’t too happy about that.

Both boys napped.

Blanca came at 3:00 and I got home from tutoring at 8:00.

For dinner Morry took Evan and Noah to McDonalds. Morry said they were both really good and talked the whole time. Evan was very happy to get a Spiderman toy in his Happy Meal. Morry said while they were waiting for their food Evan was talking non-stop about Spiderman.

When I got home we gave Evan and Noah baths and then put them to bed.
