Evan gives me a makeover

This morning I dropped Noah off at Alena’s and took Evan to school. They had a special little Mother’s Day party for his class. There was fruit, cookies, and juice. They asked the moms to bring hair stuff and makeup so the kids could give us makeovers. The girls were really into it, the boys, not so much. Evan was funny. He was very timid about putting makeup on me. He wanted his teacher to help him. He only put a little on me. It wasn’t too bad.

After the party I came home and then ran with Lizzy. We ran 3 miles.

Before picking Evan and Noah up I stopped at Mellow Johnny’s, a bike shop, just to look around and ask questions.

I picked up Evan first, and then Noah. Noah didn’t want to leave Alena’s house.

At home, I put Noah down for a nap.

Ron, Morry’s brother, got here about 3:30. He had sent the boys gifts that they both really enjoyed playing with. Noah got a Mickey Mouse racetrack and Evan got a pirate ship. We played in the backyard for a little bit until Morry got home.

For dinner, we went to eat at Matt’s El Rancho.

We just put Evan and Noah to bed. Noah’s in his big bed again. He did well last night. Evan’s still up, unfortunately. He’s on the stairs asking Morry to do something for him.
