Today was a crummy day. It was one of those days where everything seemed to go wrong. The boys were tough when we went to Newflower. Evan was ok, but Noah was really winy. Noah kept wanted to eat things from the bins in the bulk section.
On the way home I got my first ever speeding ticket. It was annoying because I really thought the speed limit was higher than it was and didn’t think I was speeding. I was going 52 in a 40. I was thinking the speed limit was at least 45 and even saw the police car a few blocks before and didn’t think anything of it since I thought I was going just a little over the limit. I need to look into taking defensive driving. I’ll probably do an online course.
At home Noah was really cranky. We ate lunch outside, because we had a couple of women here this morning that cleaned the house. I didn’t want to get the kitchen dirty. Noah got really cranky toward the end of lunch. I’m not sure what he wanted but nothing I did pleased him.
Evan somehow didn’t make it to the bathroom in time, told me about it, and he changed into clean underwear.
When we came inside I went into the bathroom and there was poop smeared all over the toilet, some on the floor, and some on the counter. I’m not sure what Evan was doing. Maybe trying to clean up his mess? Anyway, I had to clean the bathroom after we had just had the cleaning ladies there. I started gagging and almost threw up.
Grandma, Papa, and Bubbe arrived around 3pm. Noah was napping at that time, but Evan and Lizzy were very excited to see everyone.
For dinner we ate at Carinos and both boys were pretty good. Evan ate extremely well.
We just gave the boys baths. Noah is in bed and Morry is reading to Evan now.
