Lots of Cooking

This morning I made fix and freeze breakfast tacos. I filled a bunch of tortillas with scrambled eggs, potatoes, cheese, and ham/turkey. I rolled them up in foil and froze all but one. I saved one for my lunch today.

We went to the gym. I did a Yoga class, then the boys and I went to the CVS and the library. Noah was really bad at CVS. He didn’t want to go in and screaming and crying. I tried to put him down to pay for Mottel’s medicine, but he started kicking all the hanging candy below the counter. Somehow I managed to hold him, while he was screaming, and pay for our stuff.

When we got home we had lunch and then I put Noah down for a nap. He wouldn’t sleep.

I started getting dinner ready. For dinner I tried out a new recipe I found online, Slow Cooker Enchiladas. I got it all ready in the crock pot and put the crock pot in the refrigerator so that Morry could start it when he got home.

Gabby came over at 3:45. I tutored and got home a little after 7pm.

We ate dinner and then put the boys to bed.

Oh, today is Noah’s half birthday. He is now a 2 ½ year-old.

They are both still awake.
