Finally Back at School

Evan was able to go back to school today. He missed all of last week because he was sick. Evan and Noah are still coughing, but are definitely at the end of this thing.

I had Gabby come over at 9:45am this morning. I went and ran some errands and then met Morry for lunch. We went to Hyde Park Grill across the street from his work. We used a Restaurant.com coupon and only had to pay $11 for lunch.

When I got home I put Noah in the car and then we went to get Evan at school.

Noah was pretty cranky by the time we got home. I think he was just tired. He ended up taking a good nap.

For dinner we needed something to go with our leftover meatballs so I looked up a recipe for pita. Evan and Noah enjoyed playing with the dough. The pita was pretty good.

We gave the boys baths and put them to bed.

Morry just came downstairs after putting Evan to bed. Morry was laughing. Here’s what Evan told him. “Sometimes on TV, when boys see girls they just stick out their tongues and slobber on each other. That’s when they think they’re nice.” I don’t know where he’s seen kissing like that before. We don’t put on shows like that for him. He usually just watches cartoons.
