Massage and Maudies

This morning I dropped Evan and Noah off at Alena’s at 9:30am.

Bobbie Nehman came over to give me a massage. Before she came over I hid treats around the house to keep Lizzy occupied so she wouldn’t bother us. It was a nice massage and Lizzy left us alone. When Bobbie left I drove over to pick up Evan and Noah. They seemed to be having a good time. They made tambourines and some art while they were there.

When we got home we had lunch. Evan and Noah had pasta and I had leftovers from Hula Hut.

After lunch Evan insisted I give him a haircut. It was raining outside so we went on the upstairs porch and I trimmed Evan and Noah’s hair.

While the boys were napping I was making and receiving phone calls. I found a place to get the H1N1 vaccine and they were able to make an appointment for me at 6:05pm tonight. I had to call my oncologist to make sure it was ok to the vaccine today and I had some other questions.

As soon as Morry got home I drove over to the Austin Regional Clinic on Far West to get my vaccine. It was raining and the traffic was horrible. I sat in traffic for over an hour and was 30 minutes late to my appointment. Luckily, they were still able to see me and I was able to get the vaccine. Then, I had to turn around and sit in traffic again to get home.

Gabriela and Bernardo picked up dinner for us from Maudies. Gabriela brought it over while I was on my way home. The food was good and it was great having dinner ready when I got home.

Noah is in bed now and quiet. Evan is still sitting on the potty.
