Rain boots

This morning Evan insisted on wearing his firefighter rain boots to school today since it was raining. He looked cute in his boots.

After dropping Evan off at school Noah and I went to HEB. Noah was good at HEB and enjoyed eating his apple and samples.

We came home for a little bit and then it was time to get Evan.

When we got home I made myself a sandwich for lunch out of some Hawaiian rolls I bought. Evan saw the picture of the sandwich on the bag of the rolls and wanted one himself. He doesn’t normally eat sandwiches. He told me he wanted one like the picture with ham and salad (lettuce). So I made him one and he actually ate it.

Noah napped and Evan watched TV. I taped an old Batman movie (from the 60s) on tv for him and he enjoyed watching it.

For dinner we made pizza and had salad. Evan ate a lot pizza, but Noah just had pepperoni.

In a few minutes we’ll go upstairs and give the boys baths and put them to bed. Noah’s been staying in bed better now that we put the gate up in his doorway.
