Gym and Newflower

This morning we hung out at the house and late morning we headed over to the gym. Evan and Noah went right into the child care without any problems. I walked on the treadmill for about 40 minutes. When I picked up Evan and Noah in the child care they wanted to stay and play there. We went in the gym area and Evan played basketball while Noah ran around.

After the gym we went to Newflower to get some groceries. I let Noah walk around the store too, but eventually had to put him in the cart. He wasn’t listening to me and at one point I caught him with his hand in the bin of dried cranberries.

Evan and Noah snacked in the car and on some food at Newflower, so when we got home they said they didn’t want lunch. I put Noah down for a nap and then Evan wanted something to eat. He kept eating, and eating. First he had a fruit strip. Next, he had almost a whole sandwich with ham and lettuce. Then he had yogurt, then a plum. He said he was still hungry, but I think at that point he just wanted to snack, so I told him to wait a while for dinner. It was like the Very Hungry Caterpillar.

When Morry got home we got dinner ready. I got a roasted chicken from Newflower. We also had salad, roasted garlic, and bread to go with it.

After dinner we took a walk around the neighborhood.

Evan and Noah are in bed now and it seems to be quiet.
