Just The Boys

Hello everyone, this is Morry.

Rachel and her mom went to Dallas today so tonight it was just the boys and me.

Last night was not a very good night. I woke up at about 3 or 4am and Rachel was sitting up. She was feeling very nauseous and was in a lot of pain. She said it felt like there was a lot of pressure in her back and chest. She had just taken pain medication and was waiting for it to kick in.

This morning, I left for work before Evan got up which was good.

At 10am Gary came over to help out and play with the boys. He took Evan outside and threw some wiffleballs to him. He said that Evan hit about 75% of them including one over the fence. He also remarked at Evan's arm strength.

Rachel and her mom had a hard time leaving. Rachel was not feeling very well. They stopped at Sam's Club to pick up a TV - the same one we got, for her parents. Then she sat in the car for a bit to try to regroup. They ended up getting soup for her at La Madeleine and I think that made Rachel feel better. They did make it up to Dallas. Rachel said the pain is getting better but she is still nauseous.

I came home at 5:15 and Evan asked for pasta. I made all of us pasta and both boys ate finished their bowls. Noah actually asked for some more. They each had some fruit and then they got to pick one piece of candy out.

We watched some TV and then got on Skype to talk to Rachel and say good night. They are now in bed but not quiet.
