Better Blood Test

This morning I did not have babysitting help. I got Evan and Noah dressed and fed. Jodie picked up Evan for school a little before 9am.

A little after 9:00, the cleaning ladies came. I wanted to get out of the house so we wouldn’t be in the way, so I took Noah to get smoothies. Noah and I shared a smoothie. They poured some of mine into a kid’s cup for him. He was really good at the smoothie store. For a while we sat on a bench together and then we sat at a table outside.

After the house was cleaned I made lunch for Noah. For some reason he was really cranky. He had been watching the movie Cars and it ended. He was very upset when I turned it off and put the news on TV.

Blanca came over at 1:30 and Evan got home a little bit after.

I left to go to my doctor’s appointment.

My white blood cell count was up to 3.1, which is good. I also did not have a fever. The next time I need to come in is next Thursday for my chemo.

When I got home the boys were supposed to be napping. They were both still making noises. I had Blanca stay so that I could nap. Evan ended up not napping and Noah napped for just a little bit.

For dinner, Morry made pork and mashed potatoes. I had a little bit of the mash potatoes and some of Mom/Grandma’s lentil soup.

The boys are in bed now and it actually seems quiet. Oh, oops, I spoke too soon. I just heard Evan’s gate open.
