Wins

Hello everyone, this is Morry.

This morning Noah had a baseball game at 10:15.  I got up around 8am and took my time getting the boys ready.  It was a very nice morning this morning.  It was the perfect temperature.  As usual, Noah's team dominated the game.  Noah had a good play where he ran very fast from first to second to avoid getting out.  If he hadn't left first immediately when the ball was hit, he would have been out.

On the way home, we stopped at Target.  The boys got gift cards at their birthday party last week so they wanted to get Legos.  Noah got a SpongeBob one and Evan got Star Wars.

I made lunch while they were building the Legos.

They played with Legos and the Wii in the afternoon while I worked.  When I finished up, Evan and I played football outside.

We had a very early dinner because Evan had a game at 6:30 and we had to be there at 5:30.

Evan's team dominated their game as well.  They had played very poorly last weekend but they made all the key plays today.  Evan didn't have that great of a game.  He seemed to be swinging under the pitches and fouling the ball a lot.  He did get two hits in the game and popped out to the pitcher once.  In the field, he didn't get any opportunities, unfortunately.  Even with that, he still was in a good mood. He was very happy his team won.

Noah spent the whole game with Garrett, as usual.  Garrett's mom took them to the concession stand twice.  The first time, before the game, Noah asked me if he could go along.  All I had was a twenty dollar bill so I gave it to Noah and told him he could get one thing and to bring me the change.  Noah immediately went around and showed everyone he had a twenty dollar bill.  Kids from Evan's team who were in line waiting to take their turn left their place in line to see the money.  I started to worry I'd never see that money again.   I'm not sure what Noah bought with it actually, but he got cotton candy for Evan.  Then later, during the game, Noah told me he wanted a hot dog.  I said fine and gave him a five from the change he had brought back.

We got home and I put the kids to bed.

Until next time..
