The Day After

Hello everyone, this is Morry.

Last night after I wrote the blog, I discovered Evan was still up crying in bed.  Rachel spent some time with him and then I spent some time with him.  I gave him a framed picture that I had of Mottel.

This morning, I think Noah went downstairs first.  Rachel and I slept in.  The boys came in our room around 9:30am.  Evan was carrying around the picture of Mottel.

We got up and got ready.  Then we went to Dick's Sporting Goods.  We needed to get Evan baseball pants and I promised them they could get new batting gloves.  Evan wanted red ones to match his uniform.  I also promised them they could get these little football guys they have been collecting.  Evan had asked me for them when he was upset yesterday.  How could I say no?  We also had to return a water bottle we had gotten for Evan that was cracked and Rachel wanted some exercise stuff.

From there, we drove to Walmart.  We were going to buy the boys Razor scooters for their birthdays.  They have kind of outgrown the scooters they have.  What we did since the boys were with us is I took the boys into the store and Rachel said she was going to look at stuff.  Then Rachel grabbed the scooters, paid for them and brought them into the car.  Then she met up with us.

We came home and had lunch.  Then the boys cleaned up.

They went outside and played baseball for a while.  Then they came in, played on the computer, then came downstairs and watched SpongeBob.

I made pizza for dinner.

We took the boys to TCBY for dessert.  They really like it there.

Until next time...
