A little while later the boys and I took Chewie to the dog park. We had to wait about 15 minutes to get a spot in the parking lot. Chewie had a great time. He ran around with other dogs and even fetched the ball in the water. That was his first time really swimming. We wore him out.
The boys convinced me to stop at Panera on the way home. We ate outside with Chewie.
Then, we took it easy in the afternoon.
At 5:45 we picked up Grandma and Papa and went to Nathan's party at Waterloo Ice House. We sat outside and the kids could run around. It was a nice time.
Now we are home and the boys are getting ready for bed. Evan has an early game tomorrow morning.
