Noat at the ENT

Hello everyone, this is Morry.

When the dentist told us about Noah's enlarged tonsils, we made an appointment with the pediatric ENT doctor that the dentist recommended.  The first opening was today.  His appointment was at 10:45.

Rachel scheduled a meeting with a client at 9am at a coffee shop near Aaron's.  So all of us drove there and dropped Rachel off and then the boys worked at the office with me.  After Rachel was finished, I picked her up and we went to the appointment.

The ENT said that Noah's tonsils were "borderline" large.  She felt that if we told her that Noah was getting a lot of infections or that we heard his breathing stop like a sleep apnea at night then she might recommend that the tonsils be removed.  However, since Noah didn't have those things and particularly since it seems like the allergist was able to make the adenoids better then she felt like we should just wait and see for now.  She said since he has responded well to the Flonase we should keep doing that and if they swell in the winter more or he starts getting infections, we should bring him back in.  So all in all, it was good news.

We came home and the boys ate lunch.  Then Rachel went for a run.

For dinner we had cheesy foldovers.  Noah ate them but Evan did not.

Then we went for a nice walk.

The boys are getting ready for bed now.

Until next time...
