Dog Party

Hello everyone, this is Morry.

This morning, we weren't sure about Evan, but we decided he should at least try to go to school.  We walked to school and picked up Jack on the way.  We also bumped into Grandma and Papa.

When we were walking home after dropping the boys off, we saw Lizzy's puppy friend, Tucker, who is not a puppy anymore.  Tucker was very excited to see Lizzy.  They both were jumping around and seemed very happy.  Then another dog, Louie, came over and all three dogs were jumping around.  It was a dog party.  Lizzy was so happy that she trotted the entire way home.

Later in the morning, I left the house while Rachel went for a run.  I was going to meet Dmitriy and go see some of the old StoredIQ people.  While Rachel was on the run, the school nurse called and said Evan did not feel well and they were sending him home.  Rachel picked Evan up.

I went from meeting the StoredIQ people and then met my friend Mandy who is in from Tulsa.  Mandy is a friend of mine that I have kept in touch with since freshman year of college.  We saw her for breakfast two years ago when we were in Tulsa.  We went to lunch at Kerbey Lane.  It was a nice time.

I went home and worked.  Rachel walked to get Noah and Jack.

Shortly after Noah and Rachel got home, the doorbell rang.  It was one of the neighborhood boys, Vincent, wanting to play with Evan and Noah.  Evan stayed in, but Noah went out to play.

Evan seemed to be doing slightly better so we decided to see if he could eat at Cypress Grill.  He really likes it there and we kind of felt like he needed to eat and drink more.  They have a cherry limeade there that is really good and Evan loves it.  It appears that Rachel and I were right.  Once Evan really ate and drank more, we could see him getting more energy and feeling better.  He still is congested and is coughing, but I think he had low energy too.  I don't know if the congestion is messing with his sleep.

We are home and the boys will get ready for bed soon.

Until next time...
