Noah the Reader, Part 2

Hello everyone, this is Morry.

Evan and Noah were invited to a birthday party which started at 10am this morning.  I needed to do some work so I got up a bit early and Evan was already up.  Noah got up around nine.  We had to go to Target on the way to pick up a gift.

The party was at the house of the birthday girl.  However, they brought in a group called Mad Science.  They work with kids to do science experiments.  The woman put on about an hour program (maybe a bit longer) for basically 6-year-olds and younger.  They kids were mesmerized and loved the whole thing.  It was great.  We may sign Evan up for a week-long camp there.

When we got home, Rachel, Evan, Noah, Grandma and Papa went out for lunch.  They also had to stop by the optometrist because during a pillow fight, Evan hit Papa in the face so hard with a pillow that it bent the nose piece on Papa's glasses.

When they came home, the boys played with Legos for a while.  Then I took them out in the front yard to play some baseball.  Papa came out and relieved me after a bit.

For dinner we went to a place called the Austin Terrier.  We met Aunt Susan there.  The food was very good and the boys ate very well.  They had chicken nuggets and apple slices which is what Noah got.  There must have been 8 or 10 nuggets and Noah ate all of them.  Evan had cheese pizza and he ate almost the entire pizza.

After dinner, we came home and got the boys ready for bet.  Noah finished Green Eggs and Ham.  He really did well reading.  It's hard to believe he turned four less than 3 months ago.

Until next time...
