Kids' Day

Hello everyone, this is Morry.

I think the kids got up early this morning.  Somewhere around 8:30 or 9am, Noah burst in the room to tell us that he got up early.

When Rachel and I got up, we tried to decide what to do.  We had talked about going strawberry picking like we had done last year.  In the end, we decided to go miniature golfing.  Before we did that, we went to Jim's for brunch.  The boys tend to eat well there and they were open.

Then we drove to Peter Pan Mini-Golf.  Rachel and Grandmom watched while the boys and I played.  Both boys seemed to enjoy themselves.

From there, we went to Butler Park where they have a spray grounds.  We had brought the boys' swimsuits in case it was open.  We weren't sure if it would be.  It was a great day for it as it was sunny and 85 degrees.  It was open and the boys had a blast running through the water.  We stayed there for quite a while.

We came home and the boys played with Grandmom's iPad and iPhone.  Then Evan made Grandmom go outside so he could ride his bike around.

We got dinner ready for the boys and then Rachel and I left.  Today is the 10-year anniversary of when I proposed to Rachel.  We picked up Panera for Rachel and Popeye's for me and then drove to Mt. Bonnell, the spot of where I proposed.  Rachel and I stayed up there eating and talking until the sunset.

We came home and gave the boys baths.

Until next time...
