Beautiful Day for a 3 Mile Lake Run

This morning the boys, Lizzy and I ran the 3 mile loop at the lake. Well, the boys didn’t run. They sat in the stroller. I brought a lot of food to keep the occupied. I stopped at one point to let Lizzy swim and cool off. It was only about 70 degrees, but I didn’t want her to get too hot.

On the way home we returned a few things at Old Navy and then picked up my dinner at My Fit Foods.

When we came home I gave the boys lunch, but they didn’t eat much. They did have a lot at the lake.

After lunch we did reading and writing. I’ve been trying to work more with the boys, Evan especially. We did the letter B today. We looked for Bs and words starting with Bs and glued them to paper. Evan wrote two B words. He asked me how to spell baby and bath and wrote the words on his own.

I put Noah down for a nap but he didn’t sleep.

Gabby came at 3:45. I tutored and got home around 6:30.

For dinner I had a salmon stir-fry I picked up and Morry made pork tenderloin for himself. Evan had crab sticks. Noah had hot dog.

We put the boys to bed around 7:30 since they were starting to get cranky and the football game was starting. Morry is watching the Steelers now.
